Many remember TVR, but few remember Marcos . Defunct to 2007.
So many gone and forgotten car companies over the years.

I actually do remember. I even remember when I first heard from them. It was in Gran Turismo. I got enchanted by the brand because I’d never heard of them before, but wauw, the cars they produced were beauties.
Full of the sound of the Gran Fury, signifying nothing.

Yes, and I remember Bitter as well, an Opel-based car that came out in the ‘80s.
The SC looked a lot like the Ferrari 400i, and I love that car. This SC is probably American spec, hence why it looks like it’s on stilts; lower it an inch or two and it gets even better.

I vaguely recall the Atlantique because Series 2 of Top Gear UK actually did a drag race with the 911, Venturi, C5 Vette, Honda NSX, and a Jag.
Because it was 2003 and they were all still around. Only reason I know.

I love me some Venturi’s. I also prefer the Atl an tique 300 to the 400GT.
If only EssExTee could be so grossly incandescent

I remember the Atlantique being a poor substitute for Ferrari and Lamborghini in the PS1 era Gran Turismo.
